With our phones constantly on us, we sometimes forget that we also have lives and priorities outside the phone and that means that not responding to a call / text / email immediately (unless of course, its an emergency) is allowed. It does not make you a bad person / friend / partner if you are not forever responding rapidly.

Take your time, prioritise your needs and communicate accordingly.
